First Release

This first release is not intended for production use. Just give it a try on Linux under Mono and please report if you get while performing some tests. If the Test Client application has some problems executing on Linux, this may be not reported because it will be replaced in next versions (please notify me only if it's so buggy that don't let you test the server!).
For try out this first release read the Getting Started file in $PROJECT-ROOT/doc directory, or simply follow the previous link.

Developers

Although this software is a fork of stable release, remember that as Cache Reloaded is a preview version and almost everything could be subject to change. Starting from name and features of types, assembly partitioning, configuration syntax and logging sub-system.

Dependencies

Like the parent project, this fork depends on NLog. However this may be valid only for this release, I'm planning to decoupling Cache Reloaded from any logging sub-system. This also because I had to recompile that project: their binaries won't work with Mono/Linux (I'm talking of binaries published on official web site). In the source archive of Cache Reloaded you can found the updated version of NLog in both forms (source and binaries). The source were not really modified: I've just changed conditional compilation constant and excluded some source file to make the resulting library module loadable from Mono.
